Customer Claims System

LavaTech, Inc. in partnership with SGA Business Systems built this Customer Claims System. The starting point was SGA's CRM System. Adding a custom web interface and files manager made it easier for the customers to use.

The goal with this project was to provide a simple interface for managing customer claims.

Special features include a part number interface with a popup window (darkening the background) for entering parts that saved each part using Ajax and refreshed the claim document's list of parts without a full page refresh. Lots of use of JQuery in this application (our favorite JavaScript framework).
